The basic idea is for members to use a functional software, and 40% of the revenue is redistributed to the members.

This happens according to the following plan:

All office registrations take place in a structured manner. Every member has what's called an inviter.
You need to provide your inviter's code during registration. If you do not have such a code, then the system will place you randomly within the structure.

1. Basic Affiliate program

Every registered member is eligible, regardless of whether they subscribe to any service.
After each purchase made by a member they registered to the system, they receive a 5% commission from the spent, paid net amount.
This amount is credited to the member's internal account.

2. Direct Affiliate program

For every direct member's purchase, 30% of the net amount is immediately credited by the system. In this case, you only receive cashback after purchases made by your direct member, and you do not participate in the Pool program.

Every month you can choose whether you receive cashback under the Sales Affiliate Program or the Direct Affiliate Program.
Your choice is valid from the first day of the following month until the last day of that month.

Please note that you will only receive the cashback if you are eligible to participate in the "Affiliate program" at the time of payout.

3. Sales Affiliate program

1. Network cashback

For every service purchase, the collected, paid net amount is distributed according to the following table.

This makes 30% so far.

The basis for distribution is the collected net, i.e. paid net amount.
This amount is credited to the internal account as soon as the order receives the "Paid" status.
Cashback can later be used for:

   1. Paid out against an invoice.
   2. For purchasing services, up to a maximum of 50% of the total order value.

Please note that you will only receive the cashback if you are eligible to participate in the "Affiliate program" at the time of credit.

2. Pool cashback

10% of every payment goes into a Pool fund each month. This fund resets to zero every month.
Additionally, any commission that is not credited in the Sales and Basic Affiliate programs because the member was not active, goes into this fund!

Everyone in the system has the right to earn Pool points for completed activities, regardless of whether they currently have an active "Affiliate program" subscription.

Activities and points:

1. Purchase by yourself: +10 Pool points per order
2. Your direct member purchases anything: +5 Pool points per order
3. Your direct member purchases a service
   which includes an "Affiliate program" subscription: +10 Pool points
   
4. Any member on your 2nd level purchases anything: +2 Pool points per order
5. Any member in your group purchases anything: +1 Pool point per order

The Pool program is settled at the end of every month, and every member receives cashback proportionally to the number of their Pool points.

The rule is as follows:

SUMPOOL = Pool fund accumulated in the given month (10% of the net amount per order).
SUMPOINT = Total Pool points accumulated in the given month.
1 Pool point value = SUMPOOL/SUMPOINT
Your cashback = Value of 1 Pool point * Your number of points
Pool program closing: last day of every month, at 24:00.
Points and the Pool fund are reset to zero on the 1st of every month.

Every month you can choose whether you receive cashback under the Sales Affiliate Program or the Direct Affiliate Program.
Your choice is always valid from the first day of the month until the last day of the month.

Please note that you will only receive the cashback if, at the time of credit (last day of the month at 24:00), you are eligible to participate in the "Affiliate program".

You must purchase at least 1 service that grants you this right. You can find these services in the service list, with the following mark: 

Additional rules for cashback

    1. The generated cashback can be used immediately.
    2. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn against an invoice is a net 50 EUR
    3. Cashback can be withdrawn against an invoice at any time, provided it exceeds the minimum amount.
    4. In case of invoice withdrawal, the expected transfer start time is: 3-5 business days.
